Bethany Park, Kaiteriteri - Registration and Information

You’re coming to camp, woohooo! We’re so excited to have you join us, it’s going to be a wonderful weekend.

Below is all the information you need. Accomodation costs, how to register to stay at camp or if you’re just coming for Saturday night dinner and general info you will need to know.

Registrations close by Wednesday 22nd February.

Important Information

  • You can arrive any time after 10am on Friday 23rd. On arrival head straight to Bethany Park camp office and pay for your cabin.

  • On Sunday morning we will have a relaxed gathering in our marquee at 10:30am.

  • There will be no church service at Richmond Baptist Church on Sunday 25th of February. However there will be a van available for transport to Kaiteriteri if you’d like to join us or if you’d prefer not to drive. Bring your picnic lunch.

  • We’re staying at Camp Two.

Food

  • Bring your own food, cutlery and crockery.

  • The Bethany Park communal kitchen has a fridge available, make sure you name your items.

  • The only meal provided is Saturday night, and don’t forget your cutlery and a chair.

Accommodation Costs

Tenting, Caravan or Campervan:

***Payment for your accomodation is to go to Richmond Baptist Church not Bethany Park.

Powered Site (per night)

$45 per family (two or more people)

$20 per single adult

Non powered (per night)

$40 per family (two or more people)

$20 per single adult

Cabins:

Normal rate minus 10%

Cabins need to be booked by February 15th.

Tent, Campervan or Caravan:

Please register/book yourself using the form below and make your payment for your accomodation to the following;

Payment needs to be made on registration.

***Do not book your campervan, caravan or tent via the Bethany Park.

Cabins:

If you’d like to stay in a cabin, you need to book by contacting the Bethany Park, and then make payment on arrival at camp.
